Most of you have probably already seen me but, Here's a Photo Of Myself Taken By the Photo Genius Himself on the Queen of Tsawwassen Better known as... PR Ferries Teen 16, AKA:Curtis Simonetta and another Pic, The Sunglasses Look P.S. Either the Tsawwassen was really on her side of the Photo was a bit slanted

Here's little ol' me (not the best pic in the world): I was wearing the suit for a job interview (I got the job) that day. Normally I don't wear one (thankfully). -- LB

wearing a suit has raised the bar for all of us !
Looking good, Mr. San Mateo.
ps: do you enjoy the old British comedy "On the buses"? just wondering...... I remember lots of reruns of it from the early 1980's.

Finally, I can beat a suit, with a uniform! This is when I used to be in Cadets, and I was a Company Sergeant-Major at the Vernon Army Cadet Summer Training Centre. In 2005 (the summer I was a CSM) we had a large organizational change in how the Battalion's companies were structured so we were having dfficulty determining what Coy should go where, and how much space we were each entitled; this is an action shot of our frustration trying to figure out how to get 1000 Cadets in 6 companies into the space we previously used for 850 Cadets and 4 companies. (It always used to be 6 Coys so it only took a few hours to figure out LOL)

many questions for Dane:
- what's / who's "Coy".?
- what are the sticks for.?
- did you pass out on the parade square in the heat?

A Coy is a Company, 4 Platoons, generally about 140 people ish at Vernon.
The sticks are called "Pace Sticks" and they open up between 20 and 34 inches to mark the spacings on a parade square. We rarely do that and they're pretty much ceremonial in nature.
I've never passed out but we have 6-8 people who we call the "spathchula patrol" who scoop up Cadets who pass out or fall out. Whichever happens first -> we ask them to avoid passing out.
