I'm trying to ID the horn in that recording and I'm fairly sure its the Esquimalt but I don't have a recording of her.
Can anyone verify?

This whistle was likely recorded out at Nanaimo Lakes during a test on his whistle farm.
The recorded whistle is sounding three notes and is sounding an Eb major chord. The only vessels in service using KM series whistles set up in three-note major chords at the time were installed on the Victoria, Vancouver, Nanaimo, New Westminster, Burnaby and the Prince Rupert.

Here's me sounding one of Swanson's horns. The K3, common on CN, CP and VIA locomotives.
