This week will see much more cruise ship activity along the Inside Passage than originally scheduled. Very heavy weather has prompted 5 southbound cruise ships to request clearance to transit the inside passage route south from Rupert, rather than the outside. On :
21/9- Westerdam will utilize the inside route.
22/9-Oosterdam and Golden Princess will now travel this route along with the already scheduled Norwegian Star, Coral Princess and Zuiderdam.
23/9-Infinity rescheduled joining the planned Norwegian Pearl.
24/9-no extra traffic; Statendam and Zuiderdam already scheduled.
26/9-Celebrity Century has requested clearance for the inside route.
