This was taken at a car show in Surrey, BC, in July next to my Charger. Now you say, how is this ferry related? I am taking it to Campbell River on Labor Day weekend (Labor, not Labour, I am in the states) and taking the Duke Point run on the New West. www.moparsunlimited.net/images/Mopar%20Madness%202005/dsc01676.jpgMy two favorite hobbies, ferries and cars.

American cars... American cars.
Surely, fellow gents, you must all concede that the throne of automobilia belongs to the pure blood british roadster? Namely my MG. B. *cough*

I'll take the torque of my 440 Six Pack anyday over a little MG.

1969 MK2 MGB was my first car in BC. It blew up on the way home - after I had paid out all the cash I had from working weekend job at Safeway. Gutted I was - but learned how to repair engines and gear boxes.

While it is true that the back of my front would indeed be soundly whooped were we to race on a straight track, hergfest, it should be noted that my 'little' MG corners far better than any American car out there.
Cascade: I know the feeling all too well. What exactly happened? With me it was the clutch disintegrating; I tell ya, I made salty sailors look like little girls on their way to sunday school with the cussing that I spewed forth that afternoon.
