More here, Rod. It was windy at the time. The ship came in too hard and was sprung back from the dolphins. It turned to port as it began to move forward into the berth and then clipped the ramp of the skywalk...

To the moderator(s)...
Thanks for deleting that last entry that was in here earlier this morning. I hope you bar the IP address from which that entry originated

To the moderator(s)... Thanks for deleting that last entry that was in here earlier this morning. I hope you bar the IP address from which that entry originated thanks for the thanks. I'm trying to remember if that was a random spam-bot this morning, or was it something else? We try to delete those as soon as we see them, and banning IP Addresses only fixes that 1 address.......most spambots have many.

Does anyone know why the Cr isn't running on Route 3 today, instead she is sitting in Db.

She isn't been used on route 2 the last two days as she has issues with her 'doors' and is currently waiting for parts. I assume that the 'doors' are the main car deck bow / stern doors...

It also gives BC Ferries a chance to make sure she is ready for the Summer season. AH, yes I finally found out how to resize the signature picts as you can see

The CR is in DB birth 1 today, and looks like she is having a little cosmetic work done to repair the scrape from striking the overhead walkway. Also interesting to note, she appeared to have her anchor down while in the birth..

Just to add to what I said earlier she is not only having issues with her bow / stern doors. There is also an issue with the toilets. Apparently there is an issue with the vacuum system as it isn't designed to have large numbers of them flushing at one time...

If it was my decision, this thread would have been locked when the CR entered service. Of course by Modly Powers are as powerful as a potato so I'm not going to say anything else. Don't want the Almighty Mods to get the wrong picture.
