There is the Funnel assembly I was wondering about. Danke Herr Brinkmann. The outside decks look nice and wide.
In the latest pic today it looks like they have the doors to the car deck at one end installed .

Herr Brinkmann has provided a link to a webcam which overlooks the launch site for the Coastal Rennie. April, 19th, 12 o´clock (local time germany) - 3AM PST I believe...though check on daylight saving time...camera is user controllable for 45s at a time. www.stadtwerke-flensburg.de/index.php?id=233A couple of new photos on the site, too.

Says he is a Naval Architect so he did design parts of the C's. Probably will have a hand in the NorEx too since he has the concept drawings on his site.
Wonder if he knows about this site.

Oh, this is great news! I think it would also be nice if someone with a Flicker account left an invite. I won’t patronize all of you with the benefits of knowing an architect of the boat. I would do this, but am having trouble logging in. My password seems to be written down in Victoria, while I am in Quebec. I’m thinking of something short and sweet, perhaps “Thanks for the pics. Btw, we have a forum talking about the new ferries, check us out”. Ok, so who is going to volunteer to leave the Flicker message?

Is Flensburger going to install the wheelhouse modules that are being built off-site after the launch of the ship?

Hmm.... I'm not very impressed with the funnel! I don't really like the fact that it has little spaces in the funnel. I like the V's, B's, and C's funnels. They are bold and stand out. This will just look funny!
