Looks like the PRQ is back at Quadra and the Bowen is heading south.

The Bowen is now just arriving at Tsawwassen. Wow, took her 9.5 hours to get down there!

I'm not sure if anyone was paying attention to this....
But the Coquitlam quietly deadheaded over to Departure Bay from Langdale this evening. She has done an 8:45pm sailing to Horseshoe Bay, and once the Coquitlam cleared the dock at Departure Bay, the Cowichan pulled in to tie up for the night.

By utilizing siitech.com's History Replay feature just now, I tracked the Quadra Queen II yesterday afternoon from Tsawwassen to Point Hope Shipyards on Victoria's Upper Harbour with a stop at Swartz Bay en route. If anyone has an ETA on her departure from Point Hope it would be appreciated for the chance to photograph her travelling under an opened Johnson Street Bridge.

According to Siitech the Bowen Queen is now at the Esquimalt Drydock today Wednesday. She was at Tsawwassen yesterday when I left on the Queen of Vancouver.

After all. . .the Bowen Queen has just wrapped up a busy nonstop stint on many different routes, including 5, 6, 8, 9, 19 & 23. It's about time for a refit on her, as I'm sure that the BQ will be back assuming the 'mule' role before we know it!

The Q-Chilliwack is on the move tonight:
Sailing now south of Port McNeil, on her way presumably to Saltery Bay.

The Queen of Coquitlam is currently at the mouth of the Fraser, heading for Deas.

The Coquitlam is now just being set into the dock at Deas. It looks like the two tugs moved the Esquimalt/PJ down a berth, and put the Coquitlam where the Esquimalt was.

The Klitsa is now at Deas along with the Coquitlam and Esquimalt.

The Klitsa is now at Deas along with the Coquitlam and Esquimalt. I think she was actually at Deas already. It just didn't show up on the vessel tracking. Hmmm...I wonder if she's going to be put to use soon?

I'd imagine that the Kuper is getting close to being due for a refit. Unless they plan on using the Klitsa on the Albion Route again to allow one of the distant K-Class sisters some refit time.
Speaking of the Kuper: She's sailing just off of Vesuvius Bay at Saltspring Island right now. The HSQ is in the dock at Vesuvius Bay as well. Perhaps there's a distress call that she's reponding to.

Well, they sure know how to time it. . .the Quadra Queen II is just approaching her familiar territory in time for commencing service at 335pm. I'd imagine that the Kuper is getting close to being due for a refit. Unless they plan on using the Klitsa on the Albion Route again to allow one of the distant K-Class sisters some refit time. Haha, that very service notice has appeared today. The Klitsa will take over starting on Monday. I thought the Kahloke would be the replacement, but I'm wrong. Has the Klitsa been at Deas all summer long, or has she spent some time on the Albion route?

The Klitsa did spend the entire summer up at Deas. Once the Quinitsa returned to the Buckley Bay-Denman Island route, she immediately headed south. Her AIS transponder must have been turned off, because I've driven past Deas almost every weekend for that past 2 or 3 months and have seen her there.

Klitsa is at the shipyard next to the Second Narrows bridge right now I believe. I didn't read the name so I could has mis-identified the vessel, but I am fairly confident.

I have a feeling you saw the Kahloke, seeming she just finished working the Hornby Island route. The Klitsa is expected to be working on the Chemainus run once again to fill in for the Kuper pretty quick. The Klitsa also had a major refit last winter, so it wouldn't make sense to have her at a shipyard 2 years in a row. Especially with the minor vessels.

I would believe that. I'll walk across the Second Narrows tomorrow and let you know what I see en route to school.

Queen of Tsawwassen is on her way to Deas now. She's just exiting Malaspina Strait, and into the Strait of Georgia. Give her another 2 or 3 hours and she'll be at Deas.
EDIT: On second thought, her destination is listed for her original homeport of Tsawwassen.

It appears that the Queen of Tsawwassen is making a final grand tour, as she is currently heading into Howe Sound between Bowen Island and Keats Island towards the Langdale vicinity.
I'm interested to see if she docks at any of the ferry terminals or if this is simply a cruising voyage.

Yeah I noticed that - was surfing while on a boring conference call. Get the webcams fired up in case she docks.
She is just doing a sail by because she is heading out of Howe Sound now. What other terminals will she visit? Time will tell.
