"THE SOVI !!!!!!!! in Village Bay whaaaat... hmm Village Bay must be a big area you could never put a S Class in long Harbour... or could you"
No a S Class cannot go into Long Harbour, there is not enough room to manouver and it is very shallow in some areas. We've a couple of weather turns in Long Harbour and it was tight.
The Queen of Nanaimo has been to Lyall Harbour, but it would be a waste of money and fuel for the Nanaimo to go all the way to Saturna and back. The Mayne Queen does a good job getting the transfer traffic.

I think pretty much all the southern gulf islands have only a one car loading ramp. I know the biggest dock in the gulf islands seems to be the larger one at Village Bay which seems to be the biggest southern gulf islands terminal. They only have one car loading ramps on the islands as there is only one lane usually offloading on each island as all the roads are only two lane roads. That is the same for all the gulf islands, they only have two lane roads on the island so they dont need two lanes offloading and loading. Would be quicker loading the ships though.
