I liked their old paint scheme better. Their old scheme reminded me of something... I know (shuffle, shuffle) I have a photo (shuffle) around here somewhere... Hmmm...

Betcha that a week's cruise in the Caribbean in the Royal Suite would have you changing your name to "The Essential Millenium", and saying that every cruise ship should look like a Celebrity ship...

FWIW the Millennium and the Infinity were built with lines that were supposedly inspired by the ocean liners of old. You can sort of tell too, given that the Millennium boats don't hungilly take up every inch of space above the waterline, like the Norwegian or Princess boats do.

My colleague Louise took these pictures at Nanaimo, a few weeks ago. She has a dinghy and was able to get very close to the ships at water-level:

Wow, that last photo is awesome! The ship actually looks good from that angle! Be sure to tell Louise that we appreciate her excellent maritime photography!

I don't know anything about cruise ships but I took these 2 pictures recently. Photo bucket kind of messes up the quality but oh well.

Here's the Radiance of the Seas from the West Coast Express in the morning: Onions ready to be loaded onto the Radiance of the Seas. I've got a video that'll be posted sometime soon... They seem so huge up close! Looking down her Larboard side. I'll post the rest tomorrow!
