Peter from Coastal Link is having trouble getting into the forum. I suggested the old standby of emptying his cache and history. Anything else I should suggest to him? *never mind it actually worked .

Call me a rookie maybe but I'm not sure if there's a better way to get an answer on this. "Inlet Explorer" has replied to an email I sent to him. He says that he has been banned on here - and he doesn't know why. I haven't had a chance to get a reply back from him to my question as to "how does he (inlet explorer) know he was banned here?". Any fact to this? Any info on his banning (unless he maybe is having some technical error that he believes is a banning?) might be good to pass along through a posting (suggestion on my part). Thanks! IT could be the internet browser he is using, as I was being told by Internet Explorer for the longest time that I was being banned even though it wasn't true. Apparently it's something to do with all the privacy and cookie settings on IE that will give a false reading of being banned. You could tell him to try resetting all the privacy and cookie protocols, etc on Internet Explorer but if it doesn't work, he might have to try using a different browser. For myself, I had to resort to using either Firefox or Netscape, either of which will work when IE tells you you're banned, and even upgrading to IE7 did not help as that only get it telling me I was banned on a computer I had previously had no issues with using IE6.
