Right but the first C-Class built was the Coquitlam. According to the Canadian Transportation Agency the registration date for the Coquitlam was June 11, 1976 and the Cowichan was registered November 4, 1976. Queen of Coquitlam was first, being launched in November '75, and the Cowichan not being launched until the next February. I don't have in-service dates for the vessels but it is likely within a few days/weeks of the date they're registered with TC.

I was wondering, if i planned to take the inside passage up to prince rupert, do u think i would have a good chance of seeing the Nicola? And also, if you take the inside passage, do u ever get a chance to see the Queen of Chilliwack?

You will probably see the Nicola along the Prince Rupert waterfront and you might see the Chilliwack but it depends on what day your leaving.

When I was in PR waiting to depart on the Inside Passage (QPR), I saw it heading to a small indian village across from the main port, where all the ferry terminals are, inculding BCF and Alaskan Marine Highways.

Ok, so now we know her presence, a car carrying vessel working in the north, in a large harbour?

I look forward to seeing the footage with the greatest anticipation.
Would it be too much to ask for you to put it in .mov format? I use a mac, so wmv's and I don't exactly get along.

It will be up by Thursay at the latest. My dad is the only person that knows how to operate the program to edit the video, and he's studying for a midterm for his university french course. Sorry, I'll get it up as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
Note: The video is shot from the stern of the QPR in PR harbour, just south of the city itself.

I've had it with Mega Upload! I've tried 3 times and it doesn't work! Chris, do you have any suggestions for sites that can upload movies, or short videos?

You could try: www.yousendit.com/Then just send it to yourself, and then post the link it provides you with when you're done uploading.
