Except I pay so little attention to the skin, I don't even know what it's called.
*blink for research* Apparently it's default.

Ha-ha-ha! Here I go again... Yes, I am one of those infidels that uses the Black Ball skin. Treachery, I know, but I do find it is actually the easiest on the eyes and actually tends to enhance the viewing experience of images posted on the forum, being an excellent background to offset the images. I know that Chris found in pretty scandalous once when he saw me using it, but some of us like to see the other primary colour since blue and green are both incorporated in the WCF default skin. Oh man... I'm seeing red now.

See I use both Default and Evergreen, I find them most calm and easy on the eyes.

Wow, I feel like such a loser! I am the only one who uses the Original Pastel Blue!
I really like it though, I think it is REALLY easy on the eyes!

My thanks to the moderators for now updating my regular skin with the WCF logos and icons. I've been meaning to ask to have that done for quite a while.

For those of you not using the "default" skin, I have changed the colours so that we now have dark text on a light background.

Due to this new change I have now switched to default.
I like it.

And I don't particularly like it. Is there any combination that has light text on a darker background?

We will try and get the colours that were on default previously up sometime this evening.
I will post on this thread when we have it online.

Aaaah!! It's like I'm in a modified WCF Light!!
Until the old default is back up as an option I'm using WCF Dark. All white posts is boring and doesn't match the banners at the top of the page. (Not to mention it's racist, LOL)

haha Curtis. Yeah, I'm not a person for mass amounts of dark text on white backgrounds, since that's all I ever see all day. The previous default was kind of like... "an oasis on my eyes" at the end of the day, per-say. I've shifted to WCF Dark as well, and I reccomend that skin for anyone who's as sensitive as I am to strange combinations of colour...(no offence to the dogwood skin).

Kinda bright. I prefer a darker background and a lighter text. I agree. A simple black with light text, similar to the blackball theme (which I am currently using) but without the orange would be nice. White on black is very nice imo for reading at night. Thanks for the great job that the moderators do keeping the forum functioning and constantly evolving.

No one touches the Black Ball scheme or tweaks any colors in it. It's perfect the way it is: the Bo sun's personal preference.

Westcoastferries bright scheme is now deleted. It's replacement is WCF Bright (Default). This skin features white backgrounds and dark text. Westcoastferries dark scheme is now deleted. That's so much better! ;D Looks like we need to open a 2nd poll now... (We'd see which "Default" deserves the crown of "True Default" if we did...)
I guess I'll know when I'm logged out of the forum now. I'll be blinded by the white backgrounds.

The following is for anyone who was originally using Westcoastferries bright or Westcoastferries dark....
When these two skins were deleted, the forum automatically moved your account to the next skin in the list - Blue & White. It is suggested that you access your Profile, select Modify Profile, and scroll down to Select Skin under "Account Preferences". The Westcoastferries bright replacement is WCF Bright (Default). The Westcoastferries dark replacement is WCF Dark.

The Blue skin is the best. The darker the better.
