This is addressed to everybody:
I ordered a sailpass about a month ago in the mail, it came, and now I can not find it. Is there any way for BC Ferries to cancel the previous one, and issue me a new one?
Any feedback would be strongly appreciated!

Yes. Just complain, and complain, and complain. They are "registered," but I imagine they will give you a bit of a hassle - but nonetheless they do have a mechanism for tracking.
The three times I have used a SailPass I have had some sort of issue, albeit never this, and it did get resolved after a few phone calls and persistence.

Is this Sailpass a magnetic strip card? Sounds very similar to my Canucks Card that I use at GM Place. I can load it online and supposedly use it at the concessions and stores in the arena, but it has not worked the last few times... really ticks me off... and I'm sure the people in line behind me were not impressed.

A SailPass is a paper ticket entitling you to unlimited southern-route ferry trips in a certain period of time (distributed in 4 and 7 day formats).

Oy! Tis not quite unlimited. On the back of the paper slip, it has a list of all of the Route numbers, and the ticket agent will post a date to which you sailed that route. If the ticket agent doesn't stamp the date, then you can do the route again .
