As I have said before, the communities can either have no service or WSF's way. I find it a complete overexageration of what is to come since it is already that way now. If they don't want more traffic, why not take the ferry away? They need to take the ferries as an opportunity to power local businesses. Is it time to give them the one way or hit the water yourself option? They are not willing to compromise from what I can see based off what WSF has presented. What does the other side have to say?
There is a definite need to get the shipbuilding for WSF restarted to start replacing boats. However, what will replace the Rhody for the Port Defiance-Telaquah route? Should one of the Issaquahs take over? Or will they be more useful elsewhere?

The plan as it stand right now is to move the Klahowya down to the Point Defiance-Tahlequah route once the Steel E's are gone. Actually, I should say and Evergreen State Class...I'm not sure it will be the Klahowya. I just kind of hope that they keep her there, since with very few exceptions she has been at Vashon Island since she was built in '58.
