My moms parents were on that cruise, this is perposterous (sp?). It is still drinking and driving except on the high seas and it is much more dangerous.

Wow, if that happened to a Canadian ship, the details would likely be hidden in the guise of a Transport-Canada investigation, or some other legal cloak of secrecy.

It really isn't as embarassing with a drunk person. It is more of a serious issue that needs to be dealt with swiftly, therfore, he was fired right on the spot. "Americans tell the truth right away" maybe when it comes to this but when it comes to government that is another story.
