Very Nice, The First One of the Oak Bay is one I've seen before. Didn't Chris have that as his avatar pic at one point? As for the pic of the Bowen...She's most likely unfinished in paint. It's Either that or She's in a Partial Ministry of Highways Paint Job. If not it's her warped out lost sister the Galiano Queen. According to legend she was half a Ministry of Highways vessel and half a BC Ferry Vessel.

You wouldn't by chance be into science fiction and parallel universes would you? If there is one, I hope that the old Langdale Queen, Suzy-Q, Pender Queen, Queen of Sidney and all the unstretched, unlifted V-Class are still sailing in it so that I can disappear there someday and take endless ferry trips.

Yeah, good call on the tree. I feel dumb now;)
As for the Queen of Oak Bay pic, it was probably on my geocities website for a while.

Staying in Horseshoe Bay, here's a photo of a pre-stretched (I'm pretty sure) Bowen Queen. Don't know who took this photo or when it was taken. That's in Horseshoe Bay alright. . .can be confirmed when you compare it to the Q of Cow or Coq from 2 photos above that as you look at the rocks, minus a lot of trees (and some additional blasting). Doesn't it look like the car deck stis higher up from the water than it presently is, or is it me?

Nice Picture! Its odd that the 2 ships are passing Green to Green instead of Red to Red. Lemme guess, that's the SOVI on the left and the SOBC on the right.

This thread is no longer in use. I'll move any relevant items to ship-specific threads, soon. ....but most of the stuff is expired broken photo-links....
