This'll be the last in my little thread-starting rampage tonight Here's a thread for airplanes you've flown on. Harbour Air & WestCoastAir (formerly Baxter) - now these 2 companies are under common-ownership. I've been on many float plane trips between Nanaimo harbour and Vancouver's Coal-Harbour. All have been for business, except for 1 occasion where I went to the NorAd's open-ship in Spring 2007. - DeHavilland Beaver, Otter and Twin Otter. Beaver is my favourite.
-----------
Pacific Coastal Air flights from Port Hardy to Rivers Inlet Camp: - 2 flights, both on a Grumman Goose. The 2nd time, I was able to sit in the co-pilot's seat. We took off from land, did a couple water stops along the way, and landed on a dirt air-strip at Rivers Inlet Camp.
---------------
Only a few commercial jet flights.

Why were you up to Rivers Inlet? It was a business-trip, doing some work for the 1st-Nation there. - on one trip, there were multiple-days of fog delaying my return-trip, so myself and the band-council eventually travelled from Rivers Inlet to Port Hardy via a water-taxi. That was one of the most memorable (fun) travel experiences of my life. Rounding Cape Caution in a small water taxi !

I can't list routes because that would be too many. My first airline flight was on an Air Canada DC9 immediately followed by a DC8 and I would have been about 7. I wasn't feeling well on the DC9 trip and upon arrival in Edmonton got the chicken pox. The other memorable thing about the trip was being excited about eatikng an airplane meal and being served hard as rocks Lima Beans, eeeeeew and a big let down. The smell of the airplane with the imbeded stale smoke odour, still is an imprinted one, and to this day I can be instantly taken back to the early aircraft.
I have flown on the following airlines, American Airlines, US Air, Continental, Western, Pacific Western, Air BC, West Jet, Southwest, Air Ontario, Jazz, CP Air, Canadian, Wardair, and Air Canada. The vast majority are on Air Canada and their associated airlines and would number over 400 + flights.
Types I have flown - the DC8 various models including the Super 63 footlong hotdog, DC9 various versions, DC10. Airbus 310, 319, 320, 321, 333, 343. Boeing 707,720, 727, 737 various types, 747-200 and 400, 767, 777. Lockheed L1011-100 and 500. Dehavilland Dash 8 various types, CRJ200. I have not been on any Embraer E175 or E190 yet. Never flew on the Concorde but have seen it land and take off lots.
I have flown on numerous of the Cessna highwing aircraft and flown on a Piper Navajo. The Piper was for a small Saskatchewan airline and they were doing an engine check. I can't explain the feeling that going max speed or small lakes and wheat fields at very low level feels like but I loved it!
The Dash 8 is the only aircraft I have physcially pulled (3 years in a row) for a charity fundraiser. I have been on a Canadair Challenger and a Grumman GIV business jets but remained on the ground unfortunately. An Air Canada Jetz (737, 320) have been substituted twice for shorthaul flights I have been on. Those are the aircraft chartered to businesses and sports teams and are all first class. Funny seeing so much room for the whole aircraft.
At airshows I have been on a large number of military jets but never left the ground on any. Abottsford, Trenton and Hamilton used to have excellent ground displays.
I am sure I will remember more and add edits.

My first Plane ride was when I was only 2. It was a Vancouver - Toronto Flight and return on Canadian Airlines both on 767s.
And then in 1998 we flew Air Canada on a 767-200 from Vancouver to Toronto and back again.
In 1999 I flew on an Airbus A320 on Canada 3000 from YVR to LAX and back.
In 2000 I flew to SFO on an Air Canada A319 and back on a United A320.
In 2001 I was on an Air Canada 747-400 from YVR to YYZ, then a 737-200 to Orlando. Coming back was on United Airlines. We were on a 757-200 from Orlando to Denver via Washington-Dulles, and then Denver - YVR on a Boeing 727.
2002 I flew on Continental Airlines 737s to Houston, TX and on to Belize City, Belize and back the same way.
Also in 2002, I was on an ex-Canadian Airlines 737-200 from Edmonton to YVR.
in 2005 and 2007 I've been on Air Canada A319s to and From Calgary.
And finally, This year I flew to Honolulu from YVR on an Air Canada 767-300ER, then on Hawaiian Airlines from Honolulu to Kona on a Boeing 717 and back. Coming back from Honolulu, we flew on a Red-eye flight to Calgary on a Boeing 767-300ER, and then Calgary to Vancouver on an Embraer E-190.
Next Week I'll be flying to Atlanta via Seattle. I'll be taking a Horizon Airlines Dash-8 for the YVR-SEA leg and then a Delta Airlines 767-300 for the SEA to ATL leg. The return trip will be the same combination.

Well if we're counting every single plane trip since we were born, then I can also say that I did a return Air Canada trip from YVR to what was then called Dorval International in Montreal and back. That was back in November '95. I was three months old

Here's a list of the aircraft I've flown on. I believe it to be fairly accurate, however some operators are no longer in existence. Definitely the highlight is travelling on rare aircraft like the DH Heron which I flew from Ayers Rock to Alice Springs. Or the NAMC YS11 which was in the fleet of Mid Pacific Airlines operating between the Hawaiian Islands. I fondly recall watching a flight attendant attempting to stow the forward airstair, and when it wouldn't fold up completely, she booted it, and then it packed away neatly. Then there was the Brazilian built Bandeirante in Fiji with the most beautiful tan leather seats, long before leather was ever popular. Or sitting at the utterly massive window of a Vickers Viscount flying around the Lions. Then there was the 5 across center section of DC-10's when that cabin was a smoking area and I was a non smoker - that was bad. The Continental DC-10 which had a forward lounge containing tables for Pong, one would play against an attractive flight attendant and win a bottle of Champagne, I had 5 bottles when I crossed the border and Customs confiscated all but one. Singing the Continental Airlines theme song over the aircraft PA system to a 727 load of passengers, all for a voucher giving me a two day rental car, ok so I'd had a few. Or the United B747-100 with the Piano Bar, or the Pacific Southwest blond flight attendants with micro mini skirts and the company name printed on their briefs, heh when serving a window passenger everything was on view! Things have sure changed what with full passenger loads and high density configurations. It would be wonderful to experience the way flying used to be just once more, minus the smoking. Here's my list of aircraft I've flown on. B707 – 320 B & C series B720 A & B B727 – 100 & 200 B737-200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 800 B747-100, -200, -400 B757 - 200 B767 - 200 & 300ER B777-200LR & 300ER B787 -8 & -9 DC8 – 33, 43, 53, 55 DC8 - 61, 62, 63 DC 10 -10 & 30 DC9 – 30, 40, 50 MD-80 DHC 6 -100 Twotter DHC 7 DHC 8 -100 & 400 Bombardier CRJ 100, 200, 700, 900 Shorts 360 BAE 146 - 200 Fokker F27 Fokker F28 - 100 Fokker F100 Britten Norman Islander Cessna 402 EMB Bandeirante 110 EMB Brazilia 120 EMB ERJ 170 (Embraer demonstrator)

Since I've been travelling and living abroad now for almost two years, here are the planes I have been on since my last post in this thread nearly 10 years ago - Lufthansa Airbus A340-600 from YVR to FRA in October 2012 - Westjet Boeing 737-600, 700 & 800 on three different trips to Mexico in 2013, 2016 and 2017 - British Airways Boeing 747-400 from YVR to LHR (round trip) Aug-Sept. 2014 - British Airways Airbus A320-200 from ATH to LHR (Sept 2014) - Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-300 YVR- HKG and then HKG to Perth, Australia on an Airbus A350-900 May 2018 - Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9 from PER to Auckland - Singapore Airlines Airbus A380-800 from AKL to SIN and then onto an Airbus A330-300 to Sapporo New Chitose Airport (CTS) In late February I will fly from Tokyo-Narita to Perth via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific aboard an Airbus A330-300 and then an Airbus A350-1000. Two weeks after that I'll make the long journey home to YVR via, Melbourne and LAX aboard a Qantas 737-800, and then an Airbus A380-800, followed by the final LAX-YVR leg on a Westjet 737.

I've added the Boeing 717 and 747-400 to my list. Maybe it is time to add crazy European airlines as a category. Mine are:
Volotea Czech Windjet Blue Meridian Vueling Ryanair Easyjet Alitalia Lufthansa and their lease partners
