And, of course, in Friday harbor there's the Hungry Clam. I had an excellent chicken-fried steak sandwich there, and the fries were homemade (nothing special but still good).

News Flash: the former Front Street Ale House in Friday Harbor has reopened this week, and is now known as the "Cask and Schooner." I haven't been there yet, but they seem to be getting good reviews. Here's their web page: www.caskandschooner.com

I just heard from my dad that Bilbo's, in Eastsound, has re-opened, or is going to re-open, under a new name. I'm hoping that they still have the same great food.
