I recorded a video of the Mayne Queen visiting Sturdies Bay. It was waiting for a Spirit class ferry to pass by so that is why it waits a long time before leaving.

Well done! Don't know if you have any other videos out there, but if you add "?rel=0" to the YouTube code, it will bring up your other videos from your library.

This is my only video right now but I might make more. The video is "unlisted" and it only works with the link so I don't know if it will work with other "unlisted" videos.

Here is one of my videos of Mayne Queen departing Sturdies Bay (+ horn) recorded on March 23 2022. I have at least 46 other videos like this of Mayne Queen recorded throughout 2022 but this is the only one I will post for now.

Ollie, this is a really great video! Sound and colours are very good. It is a miracle that you have a seaside recording with no wind noise.

Awesome video!! Too bad they still haven't fixed the horn, I guess since it sounds "good enough" to them they aren't bothering to fix it right now.

A sped up video of ferries manoeuvring in Active Pass today. The first part is recorded from the east facing side of Mount Galiano and the last part from the standard summit.
Lower resolution than I would have liked, but I'm not sure if this view has been recorded like this before.

This is excellent, Ollie. You found the same photo perch once used by the CPR's 'Special Photographer' Nicholas Morant to take photos of the CPR's Princess vessels passing through Active Pass back in the 1940's & 50's.

Last year I took a trip up to Campbell River and over to Quadra Island. Here is a ride video I recorded on the Tachek, from Heriot Bay to Whaletown.
