This photo was from a negative I once possessed (circa 1949). I had it enlarged to 11X14 before selling it. Nice shot in the harbor with Bapco paint on the site of what is now the Laurel Point Inn...

:)this is a real nice impression of Princess Alice, and the old Bapco paint plant, which was for a very short period, my first workplace before I went north on the brand new QPR! mrdot. :)mrdot.

Another nice bit of CP ephemera added to the collection...a passenger list from the Princess Alice dated 1 August, 1936. The back has an ad for West Coast cruises on the Princess Norah or Princess Maquinna. $39.00 would equal $664.00 in today's dollars. The opposite side has a world cruise on the Empress of Britain "starting at $2300.00." That's about $39,172.00 in today's dollars.
