Greetings all.
New to the forum.
Thought I'd start off with something a little different.
Since I spent half my earlier life's wages playing video games on the ships, I was wondering what some of your favorite on board video games are/ were?
All included since the games first appeared on the ships WAAAYY back when.
Don't be ashamed to say Pong cause that's the first quarter eater I ever saw on a ferry!

My dad worked for the ferries until he retired and we had an annual pass that we made good use of. My grandma lived in Gibson's and almost every weekend we made a day rip to Langdale. I rememeber saving up my quarters throughout the week and going through all of them in the first half hour of the sailing on Centipede, Q-Bert and Pole Position! Thanks for reminding me of some great childhood memories on those weekends!

Ahhh yes.
I dumped a few hundred quarters into Pole Position myself!
I was never very good at Centipede or Q-bert though!lol.
I remeber the predecessor to Pole Position-black and white screen with either 2 or 4 steering wheels, had 4 speed shifter and was I believe a figure 8 track and had oil slicks that if you hit em' you crashed.

I wish they had the pinball machines back on the ferries. I really love those.
