As of right now, all of the 1024 x 768 forum photos are displaying as 996 x 747. - is it just me, or is anyone else seeing a narrower forum ? ps: signature & flagship are still the correct sizes, but the various photo posts are all shrunk. Everything looks good for me... all images and forum displaying at the proper width. What browser are you using? I use Firefox... I wonder if that makes a difference. I use Internet Explorer. - this evening is the first that I've noticed this problem, so something must have changed today. I checked the Proboards Support Forum, and there's no mention of this issue yet.

Mr. Horn, I see this when I checked on one of the C'Insp photos you posted a little earlier:
I am using Firefox 19.0.2.

OK... just looked again and I noticed that all the pics are showing as 1024 (scaled to 996). I missed that part before. My version of firefox is the same as WCK's above.
I re-itereate... I am showing the same problem. My guess is a proboards issue, since it is affecting users with all 3 prevalent browsers.

I am not having any issues, but it sounds like this is an ongoing problem. If I made a diagnosis, I would say it is most likely a problem with ProBoards image hosting server. There is currently nothing mentioned on the Support forum, but I will check back again when I get home. Late Edit: I am seeing it as well.

Thanks for your feedback everyone. I have made a post on the ProBoards Support forum outlining this issue. I will post here once I have a response/resolution. Thanks for your patience.
Late Edit - Update: thanks to a Gerbil forum I came across purely by accident, I have isolated the problem to our forum. We will work on this tomorrow.

From ProBoards Support admin: It appears to not be working on my forum either. I've filed an internal bug report to resolve this issue. Our developers should look at it over the course of the week and be able to fix it. Hopefully this issue will be resolved this week. Cheers!

I don't know about anyone else, but with this photo "issue" being resolved, I now have a side scroll bar on each and every photo that is posted. This issue just started for me right around when Proboards made the adjustment on how the photos were showing at a lower resolution than they should have. Just individual posts with a photo have the side scroll bar, and not the whole forum/thread itself. Signature photos don't appear to be affected at all.
Anyone else have this problem? I use a 21 inch moniter with my Desktop and a 15 inch moniter on my laptop, so side scrolling shouldn't be an issue at least on the desktop. But I see this no matter which computer I use.

I did not even have the first problem excluding yesterday. I do not have side scroll bar on any photo posts.

I also have the Scrolling Problem. Hmmm, fix one problem, get a new one in its place... Perhaps we'll have to adjust the Forum's Maximum Width as a result?

I have this issue as well, but it has been in place for a while already. It came up before the image issue was fixed (although after the image issue was brought up. hmmm). There are two options for displaying image on the forum: 1. Display images at forum width without scroll bar; and 2. Display images at full width with scroll bar. When I initially troubleshooted the issue on the Support forum, they informed me that I should select Option 2 (this explains why you've probably been seeing the scroll bars for a while). When I didn't notice a difference, I reported the results, and one of the administrators for Proboards submitted an internal bug report. I noticed only this morning that, on my end at least, some of the photos are displaying with scroll bars, which doesn't make sense because I would imagine that this would be standardized with the forum width. When I tested Option 1, the photos went back to 996 x 747. Global Mods: could you check to ensure that the forum width is where it's supposed to be?

Everything is good on the back end.
The issue with scrolling on photographs 996 pixels and above is likely due to the larger avatar and profile to the left of every post.

I have been having problems all night trying to post photos from my Flickr. For whatever reason, every 2nd photo I put in my post gets deleted when I press the post button. I fixed this in the Westview and Northern Terminal Threads by posting the missing photos and copy and pasting them into the original post. But I've kept the Queen of Burnaby thread like this for now to show you what I had to do to get all my photos up. Edit: I Merged the Queen of Burnaby Posts. I copy the Image Address for the Image on Flickr and use the Insert Photo Tool on the Forum. Is anyone else having this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Above your photo on Flickr, click share, select "Grab the HTML/BBCode", make sure BBcode is selected below the textbox and copy and past the text into your post.

At this time, some members are currently experiencing issues with the iPhone Mobile App - you may be informed that your password is invalid when you attempt to login.
During this time, ProBoards is asking mobile users to please use the mobile site (available by entering the forum URL in your mobile browser). ProBoards should have this issue resolved shortly after Tuesday, April 2nd.
Thanks for your patience.

The latest V5 issue for me is that when I insert a quote or photo or video link (any insert), it automatically puts it at the beginning of my post. - So I have to do the link, and then cut/paste it to move it from the top of my post to the exact place in my post where I want it.
An annoyance for multi-object posts.

An annoyance for multi-object posts. I usually rectify this issue by using the BBCode option and editing the quotes/links/photos to how I like. I don't usually use the standard post/reply option, but instead the BBCode, as that is what I'm familiar with, and it's way more customizable.

It keeps things similar to before, and is way less frustrating (if you know the codes). F For those who are experiencing problems/not getting what you'd like to get out of the "visual" editor, I recommend BBCode. You can switch it manually in the reply tool or set it to be BBCode everytime in your options.
