Each month, I'll change this sub-board to a different thing that I hope amuses us.
- this here thread is the only thread on the board, and you can reply to it.
I will post an item here every month to complement the sub-board topic.
October is Star Wars (yes, it really should be in May, so that we can do it on May-the-Fourth)

"Look Mr. Saltine, I don't tell you how to threaten your blonde kid, so why don't you go back over to your sit-n-spin and let me do my job"Great line! I love Robot Chicken. My personal favourite is the Emperor's reaction to Vader's call telling him the Death Star blew up

And of course Dastardley and Muttley were a spin-off from the Wacky Races

But seriously, the answer is Mary-Anne (or however she would spell her name). - At least she wasn't part of "...and the rest" for the entire run of the series.

For December 2013: Gilligan's raft - Not built by FSG It is clearly similar to the Spaulding design. In that the craft actually floats. Also, if classed as a passenger ferry, it would seem to be the only craft other than a Tubtoy(TDF)-class that would fit into Keystone Harbor.

January 2014's transportation joke is Lyle Lanley's great idea of a Springfield Monorail.

Today's big news: Roberto gets his trade.
...as of this moment, I don't know who was traded to Vancouver (from Miami Fla)

Jakob Markstrom (goalie) and centre Shawn Matthias coming this way, and the Canucks eat $800k of Luongo's salary. Probably the best deal they could make under the circumstances. Luongo was the consummate professional here, and it's nice for him that he's going home.

This joke thread has run its course, and so I've moved it to our forward lounge page.
