Does anyone know when these passes were valid? Any value for collectors?

Does anyone know when these passes were valid? Any value for collectors? That type of boarding pass (receipt) was used on the Saanich Inlet crossing (Mill Bay - Brentwood) until fairly recently (perhaps still in use). These ones show the Dogwood logo so probably date from the 1990's or early 2000's. I don't know if they were used on other routes.

Thanks for that. A woman on Facebook wants them. And I wanted to know something about them. Found in a book.
Update: BC Ferries says that the receipts may still be accepted but to avoid any conflict I was suggested to mail them to Victoria and receive a credit voucher.

When I traveled on the Mill Bay in 2005 some of our tickets were dogwood like these, and some were newer with the wave.
