Am I correct in assuming that the plans for making ferries great again include the deportation of all foreign-built ferries and the construction of a giant wall (that the foreign shipyards will be paying for...)?

But the tricky thing in a forum such as this is to decide what "foreign" is. Maybe a ship really is just a ship?
