BCF is implementing its Crofton-Vesuvius service-cuts a few months early. - No, not really, but all sailings tonight are cancelled because of a vessel mechanical problem.
The first of 3 service notices was unusually descriptive:

Looks like the Queen of Burnaby is going to be away from Route 17 for longer than expected. So the Island Sky will carry on past the Berth reconstruction. Likewise, so will the Chilliwack on Route 7.
I imagine the reason for this is that an extended refit is required for a certain Route 9 Vessel...
