the bridge is right under the tip of the runway at the very top. it is a joke to get money, sort of like a sneakier leaky condo thing. that my thought, who knows maybe it will be for real, i hope not.

It is a floating hotel - that moves around the world. A very good tax shelter for the rich. A number of places world wide are bidding for it to come to their ports - as the people who own the Flats - Apartments on it have high income - which these cities want.
There was a presentation in the City last year I believe - not sure who has purchased any of the Flats or even where it will be built or when.
