I'm pretty sure the Queen of Prince Rupert has the most hours, out of all the Ferries. That goes without saying......

Why would lengthening a ship have any effect on how much service you considered it to have? All of the original metal is still there, along with the insert. The QPR used to have a lot of idle time outside of summer season before BC Ferries started serving the Charlottes, and in recent years it has done six round trips a week to Skidegate in summer, which, again, gives it a fair bit of down time.

Chiming in my 2 cents worth, I think that you have to "set the goal posts" for what it is you are trying to find an answer to. Is it: a) Leader for hours on original engine? b) Leader for hours on original hull? c) Alltime leader for total hours run on any engines in the same hull? (ie: sum up all engine totals, include any hull mods, as long as it is still "the same boat") d) Alltime leader for milage travelled? e) Alltime duty hours?
I am sure that with 5 different categories, you will have at least 4 (or maybe even 5!) separate answers.
As I say -- state clearly your question and the answers will follow...... :-) <not implying by any means that I could ever serve to dish up such detailed information>
