That'd be interesting. I think we kinda tried that with the Queen of the North Positioning cruise, but that is a bit too expensive for many members. Meeting on Route 1 or 2 is easy for many of us, especially route 2 for me because Horseshoe Bay is a 20 minute drive from my house, and 45 min bike ride. I could get to Tsawassen, but on Translink (3 busses, and the Sea Bus). I don't see a problem with it. Proboards Support does it, and I've already met one of our forum members (PR Queen Kid). It would take alot of organization and co-ordination but I think it is manageable.

oh yeah I would be up for any of the major routes! I drive so not a problem for me to get to the terminals! Route 2 would be neat to do! You know I was thinking the same thing about a group meeting or ferry trip!

route 1 would be the best way but route 2 we all do a round trip as passengers so then we can save some dollars

I bus and TSA-Swartz is the best for me, providing weather is good (don't ask). 11AM is my favorite as the breakfast buffet is sweet. If we book as a group, I think we get a discount. We might also be able to arrange it to get a ship tour etc. Hey We should form an official BC Ferries club. Then we could get noticed and get special tours etc. What does everyone think? I could manage the website for the club etc. We could have dues to cover costs and regular meetings etc. I think I am on to something.

I couldn't do much (with a bike) because its an eight hour ride to Tsawwassen and back (estimated). However, buses are possible....

lol I tried to avoid giving an age but I guess I have no choice...I haven't been on a ferry for a year. I try to act older, like a forum such as this one's members should be.

But because I'm youngER, don't think I don't know anything about ferries and all the stuff I said was all crap. I read every post on this forum everyday as well as going deep into the BC Ferries Website and big searches on Google.

And the reason we weren't camping is because we had to get work done on an old mobile home we bought. Buyer beware. This thing was rotten as hell, we had to spend a year and a half rebuilding the outside, now we're just starting the inside. Fortunately I got to haul loads of gravel up for a new driveway out to the mobile home with the backhoe. That was easy, but even it is old so I had to make sure it didn't stall....
