Im trying to stay away from fast food im trying to diet but I don't think it'll work I hope to lose 20 pounds

I had a good breakfast of champions. A small bag of chips and a can of coke, as I walking to church this morning.

Im trying to stay away from fast food im trying to diet but I don't think it'll work I hope to lose 20 pounds If you want to lose weight, avoiding fast food is excellent, but exercise is essential as well. If you can, go for a run for 30 minutes most days, or go for a good bike ride. During the summer when there's no skiing, I like to take a good evening bike ride for 2 hours. I usually ride down to Edgemont Village, maybe get a snack, then ride up to the power line trail and take that to Grouse, and then blast down Nancy Greene Way and home. I don't even take Phys Ed, and I'm in pretty good shape, I'm 5'10, 160 lbs.
