My first reaction is that this is something like the "Undersea Gardens" that was in Victoria harbour, as a tourist attraction.....but the bridge-tower makes it look like a ship.
Where did you find this pic? any clues?

The mystery continues of the sunk Seabus. Is it a very good photoshop? Was it real? What could have happened?

That picture is from Stapletons site. I'm assuming it's photoshopped. The background has a small hill with a little trail on it. So it's not Vancouver harbour, as it's pretty industrial on the Downtown end. The North Van end has a bit of a park between the Marine Campus and the Seabus terminal, but I don't recognize the buildings in the background. www.pbase.com/kstapleton/image/44299278

Definitely photoshopped...it doesn't even look all that hard to do that one.
