The Freight trains still use the sidings at the old BC Rail yard up here, plus they're always shunting cars and blocking off the only way into town in the morning.
It's hard to say if there ever will be a ferry route up here either. The Mayor and City Counsil had decided last week that it wasn't going to work or something. But again it's hard to say, the elections are coming up, and Squamish's well known "homeless person" is running for mayor....
