So do I. Ah. Here we are (make special note of the fancy West Coast font I found and I'm not sharing with the rest of you because I'm a selfish brat)

I wish that I had taken a photo of the Capilano when I saw her at Saltery Bay, many years ago.

I new I should have had done that to. I think it was in 1999 I was going from Earls-Saltery Bay that summer on the Queen of Tsawwassen and It was sitting there at the spare dock a Horseshoe Bay. I wonder why!

Ferryman: Aww, you know we all loved the dates on the bottom right hand corner, that's what made your photos unique. Scott: That shot is so clear, I can almost make out "Marine Drive - Exit 0" sign at Horseshoe Bay Fluge: I am going to assum you found that on a Google search for Capliano. That ferry looks more like an oversaized tugboat, almost like the Tachek or something. Good attempt, but no cigar. (Try writing "Ferries of British Columbia" in there somewhere, it'll fit right in. ) John: I like your photo, just don't ban me. I am at your mercy, and so is everone else here.

Lets just keep in mind that this meant to be a fun little competition.....and any "winner" is ok. The point of the excercise is to see a collection of Capilano photos.
The fact that one will be chosen for next month's banner is secondary.

Chris, can't you come up with your own font in a program called PhotoImpression? Or did I set up the official font of the forum?

Believe it or not, I just edited that picture using Paint. But no, you didn't set up any sort of official font. I just happened to find that font while trying to match it up with the Ferry name writing on the sides of the Ferries.

Let me know the name of the font, so that in the rare-event that I use scripting on a photo, I will avoid this one....so that the whole world will know that I did not use the same font as yours.

Ha ha, lol. Once again I have no photo for the flagship. And even if I do have one, I only have a couple pics! Oh well, I'll have to wait until next month then. By the way, what is the ferry for January?
