I think that there may be a deranged undertaker living up the Fraser who is hacking off feet from corpses, dressing them in Nike Airs, and then tossing them into the river to see where abouts they end up. Then when another media frenzy arises over yet another foot washing up on an island, he gets his intense jollies.

This is such a crazy story. Some Psyco seems to like cutting of peoples feet? I wonder what happens when they find this person with a twisted "Foot Fetish" I'll bet another foot will be found by the end of the month.

Another theory I have heard is that the feet are the remains of the tsunami victims. Organisms in the ocean nibble on the people all the way down to the running shoe which they cant get inside. Not as plausible, but still possible.
I still agree with Jim and Curtis that it is a Robert Pickton kind of guy with a different twist.
