I would just like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, as well as a safe holiday and a Happy New Year.
I hope you're all able to spend time with loved ones, and enjoying delicious food.
I had a pretty uneventful trip compared to last Christmas through the skies on my flights from Nanaimo to Kelowna on Tuesday night. However there was an Air traffic control computer crash at YVR that held us up as we were taxiing down the runway. It was quickly resolved in about 10-15 mins and we were on our way. Flying home Sunday night to go back to the usual grind first thing on Monday morning.

Merry Christmas everyone as well. We alternate on Christmas Eve from having BC Sockeye Salmon flown in fresh on the overnight red eye flight, to having French Canadian Tortiere (meat pie with pork, sausage meat and steak ground up with spices in a pastry crust making). Tonight is the big turkey spread so will be sleepy after, so thought I should post now .

Merry Christmas from the Skier family! I'm chilling out before I begin a 9 day marathon of teaching skiing on Grouse tomorrow... It's my tradition

Merry Christmas to all on this forum.
Good time to be with family.
Wishing all a great new year as we are happily awaiting our new ferry for Keystone. Thanks, Mr. Brinkmann, for that nice present in the centre of the wreath!

Merry Christmas to everyone here! Although my original plans went off the rails, we still had a nice holiday. Good food and another stellar batch of BC Ferries clam chowder too!
