A boat familiar to Mr Horn. Thanks for this view of her. During this past summer, she was chartered a few times for a movie or TV show. I'm not sure which show, but the yacht was busy. But I'm not sure why she was up in Kitimat area. Maybe, just maybe, Pacific Yellowfin is being used in the filming of Monkey Beach, a film adaptation of the book of the same name written by Kitamaat Village author Eden Robinson.
PS: Not sure how many of you southerners understand that there are two Kitimats ... The town where I live with about 8500 people which is spelled 'Kitimat', and 'Kitamaat Village', home of the Haisla First Nation. The two communities are about 10 km apart. The post office in Kitimat Village is named Haisla so as to avoid confusion.

Not being used as a 'yacht', but in the adventure tourism industry instead ... Pacific Yellowfin @ MK Bay Marina, Kitamaat Village, BC - 6 October 2021 This was one of five adventure tour boats that were at this marina at the same time. The others were Maple Leaf Adventures' Swell, Cascadia & Maple Leaf, and Bluewater Adventures' Island Roamer. In addition to those, two vessels owned by Westcoast Launch operating to & from Kemano ( Inside Passage & Aurora) were just arriving from Kemano. In short Kitimat's little marina was busy ... The reason for all those boats (other than the Westcoast Launch ones), a base for tours of the 'Great Bear Rain forest'.

We've enjoyed seeing this ship at Quadra Island (Drew Harbour near Rebecca Spit) on a few occasions while we were vacationing in the area. It is such a lovely ship.

We recently enjoyed a cabin vacation stay at Taku Resort on Quadra Island.
Besides enjoying views of the Tachek ferry, we also enjoyed seeing the charter-yacht Pacific Yellowfin which uses Taku Resort as an operations base during its charter season.
In this case, the lovely 'Yellowfin was doing a 2 night stop at Taku on her way back to the Lower Mainland, after the end of her charter season.
Here are 2 videos: Her arrival, and morning/evening scenes.
