Alright Everyone, Our favorite ferries have been submitted and voted for. It was a fun thought exercise, and now it is time to announce the winners: The ferries that will be featured in this flagship are the Coho, Northern Expedition, Queen of Nanaimo, Tenaka, Rhododendron, and Evergreen State. In the case of the latter four, All Photos submitted must have been taken BEFORE the vessel was retired from BCF/WSF. Usual Flagship Rules apply. Limit of 3 submissions per member, submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, 27 November at 2:00 PM PST. Voting will commence within 24 hours thereafter. The full list of forum flagship rules and guidelines lives H E R E. Please Note: The voting process for this flagship will look slightly different than usual, in that it will be divided into six sections (one for each featured vessel), with a certain number of winners from each section being featured as follows: >If 2-4 photos of a particular vessel are submitted, there will be 1 winner from that section. >If 5-7 photos of a particular vessel are submitted, there will be 2 winners from that section. >If 8+ photos of a particular vessel are submitted, there will be 3 winners from that section. >If only 1 photo of any particular vessel is submitted, that photo will be an automatic winner. I'm happy to answer any clarifying questions/concerns. Let the Flagship Submissions Commence.

Just to confirm, no previous winning entries?

Just to confirm, no previous winning entries? Correct - that is our typical policy.

Got two of my three ready to go early! Though I only rode the Evergreen State once, I can easily understand why she was popular with the members of the forum. The last time I rode the Queen of Nanaimo, they were out of clam chowder. Click here for large image. Click here for large image.

That's a great photo of Evergreen State, but you submitted that one before for the January 2015 flagship, and it won 1st place, so I don't think it's eligible for this flagship unfortunately. I know I had to go through all of the past flagships to make sure anything I entered didn't win before. Sorry for the bad news.

I could blame it on 'old timers' disorder, but obviously I just did not do the homework. Sorry. I put the ES photo up at the last minute when I decided not to enter yet another Nanaimo shot.

No problem. I think I may have done the same thing myself a time or two. If you want to change it out tonight, the thread is unlocked so you can edit your post.
