I recently dowloaded google earth on my computer. I was looking for bc ferries, and i found a boatload of them at all the different ports. I have tried to identify most of them, but since it is an ariel view, it is hard to tell. So if any of you guys have google earth, can you help me out? specifically at: Port Hardy, Tsawwassen, duke Point, Horseshoe Bay, and Departure Bay. Also, interestingly enough, i found the three pacificats! I tried to find the Queen of sidney, but was unsucsessful.

Departure Bay has: Pacificat Explorer in Berth 1, Queen of Esquimalt in berth 2 (maybe even the Vancouver), and the Cowichan coming into berth 3. Tsawwassen has a V-Class sitting in berth 5, and a V-Class leaving with the Nanny sitting in berth 1.

Interesting...but I'm amazed you can't find the entire fleet hearing about the power of this so-called Google Earth. There is also a satellite program on Google in their Maps page...but it seems to screw up my computer for some reason and it doesn't search most areas as good.

The photos overlap with one another and aren't taken at the same time... as such it's not hard to believe you can't find the whole fleet. Alternatly you might even be able to find one vessel twice, although I really doubt it.
