What is interesting about this weeks schedule for the Queen of Prince Rupert is right now Tuesday she is on her way from Skidegate to Prince Rupert arriving at 5:30pm this afternoon. On the southbound Prince Rupert to Port Hardy they dont have a sailing southbound till Friday March 3rd when she starts her journey south. But what is odd about this is there is no sailing back to the Queen Charlottes till Thursday at 1:30pm. So what is up with that?? She isent running tommorrow anywhere??? Is she gonna be docked in Prince Rupert all day till 1:30pm on Thursday? Dosent make sense.

There is usually a Tuesday night departure from Prince Rupert for a sailing to Port Hardy. The QPR would then normally return right away and be back in Rupert in time to make that Thursday afternoon sailing to Skidegate.
I guess there isn't a mid-week Inside Passage trip this week. So yeah, she would be tied up at Prince Rupert terminal.
At least we know there will be plenty of leeway for weather problems up north before the QPR's scheduled 11:00 a.m. departure southbound on Friday.
'tis important, of course, because of that positioning cruise from Port Hardy to Tsawwassen this weekend!
