I believe Cold Star Freight has a truck on almost every sailing on route 1. The independent guy is probably once or twice a week so why not give the company doing business on that run a better deal. Just like a printing company, if i go in and want 5000 copies of something printed and you want something from same company and only want 50 copies then I will get the discount and you will not as i am giving them more business

Active duty Peace Officers don't pay, but the Canadian Forces does. I don't know anything beyond that on gov't organizations.
