I don't know if any of you remember me doing this, but I had a recording of a sound that I posted on here as trivia a few months back. Here's episode II with alot more. These first two are the sounds of the Ferry when it docks. Which Ferries are these from? (These were both recorded before the Ferries went private, so I don't know if they've changed since then) Ferry #1: ferrymaniac.sitesled.com/Audio/sound.wmaFerry #2: ferrymaniac.sitesled.com/Audio/sound2.wmaThese next two are probably two of the most talked about old ferries of the Fleet. These two Ferries are just one year apart. One sounds older than the other, but don't fool yourself. Here are the next two Ferries up to the stand. Ferry #3: ferrymaniac.sitesled.com/Audio/sound3.wmaFerry #4: ferrymaniac.sitesled.com/Audio/sound4.wmaThe answer will be posted tomorrow morning!

The second one is the buzzer that tells the terminal staff to lower the ramp. I think. But I'm pretty sure.

The first two are buzzers. The question is, which Ferries are those sounds from?

I found it best to use Real Player.

Well Dan, seeming you found it best to use Real Player, are you going to take a guess at what Ferries those sounds are from? Or do I have to bribe the forum into a prize?
Those links that go to the recordings shouldn't be any different than the links I have for the Ferry horns, and they're the same format.

To make it easier then, put these Ferries in order of the sounds then.....
Queen of Esquimalt, Queen of Cowichan, Queen of New Westminster, and Queen of Oak Bay

3 weeks, air and all expenses paid in Costa Rica sounds good to me , Chris. Yeah. Try a trip on the Mayne Queen. All expences paid. Your meal will consist of a bag of chips (likely Old Dutch brand) and pop (likely Coca Cola brand). Coffee is also offered on-board*. *Comes from vending machine. Likely stale.

3 weeks, air and all expenses paid in Costa Rica sounds good to me , Chris. Try a trip on the Queen of New Westminister including: Stale chips (any brand), a soda (no name brand), and maybe a 4 year old cookie providing you bring $1.25.
