Well guess who's back...

On April 16, 2007, the MV Quinitsa will be returning to service and will resume sailing as per the original published schedule in place prior to refit.
Customers are advised that service will begin at 6:40 am from Denman Island.
The MV Quinitsa returns to the route after undergoing an extensive refit that involved the following necessary work to ensure the vessel’s continued safe operations:
Overhaul of three main engines, two generators and propulsion units Safety equipment recertification New radar installation Fire pump upgrade Considerable work to five (5) steel compartments that form an integral part of the vessel’s hull including complete sand blasting, coating, removal and replacement as required Sandblasting and coating renewal of underwater hull and void spaces
BC Ferries looks forward to welcoming the MV Quinitsa back to service between Buckley Bay and Denman Island and thanks our customers on both Denman and Hornby Islands for their understanding and patience during this refit.

Now I would guess that the mv Kahloke will be put on the Hornby Island run since she is not needed on the Chemainus run.

The Klitsa was on the Chemainus run before the Kuper took over. At least I think it was the Klitsa. Last time I was in Chemainus it was the Klitsa.
