If you go to www.bcferries.com, go to current conditions and click on vessel positions you will see it at the bottom. I don't know why it won't highlight the whole address but it is correct just not recognizing the whole thing as a URL.

The Nimpkish has now been added to the northern-routes Tracker page, on the BCFS webpage. Here: orca.bcferries.com:8080/cc/conditions/maps.asp.....at the bottom left side. (yeah, I know my link doesn't click....see the previous post from DNelson re this colon-bug ;D )

Perhaps this forum needs some colon surgery ... or a colon-oscopy ...

is it just me or does the Northern Adventure and Nimpkish seem to be "Temporary off Line" most of the time

The Nimpkish is off line most of the time because it is truly off line meaning 'not in service'. On the other hand the NorAd is 'in service' but is also 'off line', and has been pretty much every time I look. Is this just another NorAd glitch? She should be somewhere around about Gil Island right now.
For other routes ferries not currently in service are not shown on BCF's GPS 'vessel position' page. For example, when the Q of Saanich is out of service it is not shown on the Route 1 page.
