does it sound right to you? you make a mistake, and get demoted? i know that they gotta be perfect, but hes done the route hundreds of time before it finally happened. so is the companys fault for trying to cut corners?

He fell asleep and did not follow protocall, you can't make a 300,000 dollar USD mistake and say sorry. There are penalties and when i am a captain someday i adhere to those penalties, hopefully never have to face them though.

its hard to find a mates berth now a days, when you need work. dont refuse it.
