The longest WSF route I would say is Anacortes to Sidney BC which takes about 2 hours non stop. About 3 hours stopping at Friday Harbour and or Orcas Island. Second to that would be Seattle to Bremerton which is about a 1 hr crossing. Not sure which is the busiest though. Seattle to Bainbridge Island maybe? who knows?

BCF's longest route is the inside passage.

And I think we all know what the busiest route is on BCF.

lol. when you think really hard about it, the Kulleet and the klatawa carry 1.5 million cars each every year, and that with 2 boats, compare that to BCF with its 35 (is that right) vessels carring 15 million cars annually.

Ive been on the ferry when it broke down before.... we drifted towards the dock. This was like 12 years ago.

Does anyone remember the summer the Mayne Queen ran aground near Swartz Bay as she was departing she suddenly turned and headed for Piers Island. I dont know if she actually went aground or stopped before the island.
People were stuck on her for hours. I have a newspaper photo of it.

I'm not sure, I think it was like during the summer of 97 or 98, somewhere in the late 90's. I know it was during the summer though.

That's a pretty nice photo, hence the fact she was beached on a rock. But theres like no spec of rust on her
