Should there be a game like simcity 4? generate map and build your city, then like GTA, control vehicles all over the map. So Simcity 5 can use 2D view, 3D view, and a Driver's view of a vehicle, and you can drive on a ferry. Select you ferry design, then like TTD; select it's route terminal-terminal. How would that work? ;D Good? Bad?

you can drive sims' cars on missions in your created town in Sim City 4 with the rush hour expansion pack. You can fly helicopters, and trains too and possibly boats and planes.

I mean from the view of the Cab, like GTA3, drive around on different views, actualy get onto ferries, different types of teminals and ships.

I think you can do that in the Streets of Sim City. That was a spinoff game of Sim City 2 (1995 for you young'uns). I never played it because you needed a powerful computer (Pentium 166 at the time was the best you could get) and I only had a 486 33mhz. I'm sure you could find both Sim City 2 and the Streets of Sim City in the bargain bin or online somewhere.
It would be very tough to have a fully rendered streetscape that changed on demand. We are still a few years away from that kind of game.

GTA3? I'm assuming Grand Theft Auto 3 right? If so, then that would be so awesome!!! But you're behind in the GTA there, San Andreas is the best one I've ever seen! But there is going to be one GTA, and it's going to be called GTA limited. Why limited? I don't know, but it's supposed to have the best graphics and everything because it's going to be the last and I think the people who made GTA have been working on it since GTA3 was created which was like in 2001-2? and should come out some time in the next year or so I think. But this is a rumour I've heard about all of this, hopefully there is some sort of ferry use in it! I know you can go on a ferry in Driver 2 for PS1 and you ride it, not drive it in a mission. But when you're freeriding you can drive on to it at a dock. The graphics suck, but it's a Quinsam like vessel I think, I'll have to look at it again.

Simcity should have lots of ferries, and the ability to select their route (x-y), and get on it at a dock, select your ferry, and select your size of terminal. 1 dock 2 docks 4 docks 6 docks The Cruise ship terminal and the Seaport could be upgraded so that you can have more than one ship Stationary in dock: like Canada Place, there can be up to 3 Cruise ships in at one time there. But in my version, the ferry just touches the terminal, then sets off! Also a issue of cars dissapearing when getting to their destination, and boats just dissapearing when crashing.
