It looks like it might be, but I'm not too sure. I think its a steel electric class.

its a steel electric class before its 1986 (or earlier) refit. they cut the superstructure from the deck up, and then repaced it with what they got now.

The Bainbridge had two sister ships the Kitsap and the Vashon

It is the Vashon. The pre-refit Steel Electrics had a bigger bridge.
