Interesting ... I sent an email to the Ferry Commission asking two questions: 1. Had BC Ferries applied for or been granted an order to reduce service (sailings) on their northern routes and 2. Had BC Ferries applied for or been granted an order to reduce service by severely limiting the cabins available on their northern routes. That was about 2 weeks ago - so far no response. I guess their customer service is pretty much on par with that of BC Ferries
