Great photos, but.... Sorry Canucks, I don't think those are going to fly... too many Celebrations (and Cowichans) happening in the "foreground". I am not so SOLD on that -- while the ferries do tend to be in the foreground, the terminals are almost shown in their entirety from the seaward side -- hard not to catch a ferry in the frame during summer season. Of course, I am not the one enforcing the rules, but I just thought I'd get my input on it anyways -- I find that the terminals are prominent in the photos, even if they are not the primary focal point. Back to the 'election' twinge, are we going to have any candidates drop out due to drug/skinny-dipping or other issues? Can we plaster campaign signs all over the place? Will there be a bi-lingual debate? Will the losing candidate step down later?

Anyways I'll leave them up and John can decide if they pass or not.

Canucks, I'll let the first one qualify since it includes much of the terminal and its setting, but I think the second is a picture of the Coastal Celebration with Departure Bay in the background:)

I have removed the first one and added the second picture to my original post to make it easier to organize.

Okay sorry to bring this up again, but I found another controversial picture that was numbered differently so I didn't see it before. It is similar to the original Celebration photo I posted but it shows more of the surrounding area. Again I ask, and appreciate your opinion about whether to allow it or not. Just for reference here was the other one that is void. Here is the one I want to enter.

I really like the second WCK entry; that's just such a familiar and pleasant sight for me, and with the smell of sea water and the sounds of people at the terminal it just brings everything together.

Kam, your entry seems to have disappeared. Do you have another copy? I'm just putting the ballot together now in preparation for the 10 PM deadline tonight.
