Vancouver had problems with one of her propellers. I don't know more than that.

The SoBC (that is Slowly on Broken Crankshaft) has been having ongoing issues due to, wait for it, operating on 4 out of it's four engines, due, you guessed it, to a broken crankshaft. There have also been other ongoing issues with the Build in BC SoBC, mainly relating to sabotage by slap-dancing, bratwurst eating, beer swilling Bavarians carrying tool belts and Church of Flensburg charm bracelets.

Thanks for outing them, Hardy. I figured those guys were behind all this.

I had heard, albeit from secondary sources, that the Vancouver had prop issues the night of the 95 minute docking at Tsawwassen as well. Perhaps someone with some "connections" can dig?

Apologies for not finding the umlaut on my alternative keyboard .

Well... the Van seems to be back in Swartz Bay, now... hopefully we'll see her do her sailings tomorrow to prove that things are alright with her. Just keep those overly merry Bavarians out of her engine room.

The Vancouver had a car fire on one of its decks as has been pointed out in another thread. Busy night on route 1.

Don't you know that if you are going to COOK the BRATWURST on the engine block, that you are supposed to wrap them in TIN FOIL but NOT poke holes in the 'wurst? The leaking FAT cannot be completely contained and WILL ignite ... if I've told you ONCE, I've told you a HUNDRED times ... geeeesh!
